Your collection, with or without travelling

Your first step is a personal meeting with María in Spain. You meet the person behind IFF, discuss your project and understand who you will be working with. María knows and personally stands behind Mr. Shrivastaba’s work. She prepares an expert brief on your garment types, materials, finishes, quality and quantities so he can find suitable manufacturers in Delhi.

How we work

Choose an individual visit to Delhi or develop your collection remotely. You can start without travelling and visit India later. We agree the scope of our support before work begins.

1. Define your requirements

María assesses the type of product you want to make and prepares a clear brief covering materials, finishes, quality, quantities and budget. Her experience helps Mr. Shrivastaba focus the manufacturer search. She does not need to see your designs or samples.

2. Manufacturers selected in advance

Mr. Shrivastaba localiza proveedores en India adecuados a tu proyecto y coordina los primeros pasos para desarrollar muestras.

3. Receive and review your samples

Samples are developed with the selected manufacturers and sent to you by DHL for review. Check the fabric, embroidery, fit, drape and construction before approving production. Quantities and lead times are agreed with each manufacturer.

Work remotely. Keep your designs confidential.

If travel costs or time are a concern, you can work directly with Mr. Shrivastaba through photographs and video calls, or send physical samples to him in Delhi by courier. Your designs and samples do not have to pass through María: she works from your product requirements. Once new samples are ready, we send them to you by DHL. You can begin remotely and travel on a later project.

Contractual backing in Spain

The service is formalised through a contract in Spain setting out the agreed terms, responsibilities and guarantees for your project.

Travel to Delhi with a prepared supplier programme

If you prefer to visit India, Mr. Shrivastaba will have identified suitable manufacturers before your arrival, based on María’s brief. Meet suppliers, explore materials and develop samples with his local support. A trade fair visit can be included if the dates and exhibitors suit your project. Direct communication with Mr. Shrivastaba takes place in English.
